MAINTENANCE SERVICE & POLICY

All Handcrafted Sculptural Mushroom Lamp come with a birth certificate card and an instruction manual, each with a identification number. Customers are entitled to one year of free maintenance service starting from the date of purchase. (*For Hong Kong Customers only*)
 

Maintenance covers batteries, switch mechanisms, and LED lights.
 

If you have any questions or issues with the lighting products you purchased, please feel free to contact us for inquiries.
 

The maintenance period starts from the customer's purchase date. After one year, repair services will be subject to charges, which will depend on the product and its accessories. Products will only be repaired to their original condition. We regret that we cannot accommodate any additional requests for adding, removing, or adjusting components.
 

*Due to limited manpower, repair time may vary depending on the issue. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
 

*If the birth certificate card is lost, it cannot be reissued, and the product maintenance service cannot be provided.


 

*Due to handmade craftsmanship,  please carefully handle the product  and read the instructions and precautions provided in the packaging before use.
 

*In case of any disputes, Certain Corners reserves the right to make the final decision.
